FITNESS THROUGH MOVEMENT EXERCISE AND DANCE

Dance Inspired Fitness Class aimed at the over 50’s designed to improve your fitness level by being more flexible - keeping you fit for everyday life.
The class starts with a warm up session to mobilise the joints and warm your inner muscles. We then perform a number of prep stretches before the main section of the session. The middle section of the class uses a variety of themes and physical objectives to improve your wellbeing, working on co-ordination, balance, flexibility, circulation, choreography. We use a variety of dance styles to create a balanced class, finishing with a section of maintenance stretches. Our aim is to create a fun atmosphere and a happy class.
